Warren singles players ousted in Erie

ERIE -- The Warren girls tennis team traveled to Westwood Racket Club to compete at the District 10 singles competition.

Unfortunately for the Dragons, it was a quick trip as all three girls faced heavy competition and fell in their first-round matchups.

First-singles Scotlynn Perry fell 8-1 against an opponent from Taylor Alderdice. Olivia Romanosky lost 8-0 against a McDowell player. Jade Stewart lost 8-3 versus a Taylor Alderdice player.

The Dragons will now prepare for the District 10 doubles competition next Wednesday at Westwood Racket Club.
