PORT ALLEGHENY -- Behind Rever Caudill's two first-half goals, the Eisenhower boys soccer team posted a 3-1 win over Port Allegheny on Wednesday in a non-region game.

Caudill's first tally came at the 9:17 mark, assisted by Clay Cummings. Just before the first half ended, Caudill found the back of the net again, this one set up by a pass from Brayden Frank.

The second half was a defensive battle for both teams, as scoring opportunities were limited. Eisenhower's Michael Rutsky's goal made it 3-0 before Port Allegheny's Holden Nance put the Gators on the board with three minutes remaining.

The Knights (4-5-1) are back in action at 10:30 a.m.Saturday against Erie East High School.

Starting at /week.
