RUSSELL -- The Eisenhower Lady Knights remain undefeated as they move to 4-0 on the season with a 5-0 home win Saturday over Conneaut.
Kiera Cressley buried a pass from Hannah Lund at the 19:38 mark of the first half to put Eisenhower up 1-0, which stood as the score at halftime.
Rosalie Rondeau scored the first of her three goals in the game when she got a pass from Cressley and found the back of the net five minutes into the second half. Josie Elms sent a perfect pass to Cressley who sent a shot into goal for her second points of the game to extend the Lady Knights lead to 3-0.
Eisenhower was aggressive the entire game getting 30 shots on goal with Rondeau getting 11 and Cressley 13 to pace Eisenhower.
The Lady Knights would get two more goals from Rondeau to make the final score 5-0.
"I thought our offense really showed today," Eisenhower head coach Ashley Elms said. "We stressed getting high quality short passes which worked to help set up our offense, I thought the girls did a nice job of moving the ball around."
Eisenhower's Kylie Guiher continues to shine in the net, allowing just one goal over the last three games, all Eisenhower wins.
"We had some really strong effort out there today," Elms added. "Sophia Scott had another solid game and is pushing for more minutes, as is Hannah Lund."
The Lady Knights are back in action on Tuesday when they host Girard.
