FRANKLIN -- Warren had no issue defeating Franklin on Tuesday when they defeated the Knights by a lopsided 7-0 margin in Region 5 boys soccer.
Warren junior captain Gabe Dougherty was a force on the offensive side as he scored four times in the win, and had two assists to boot.
Trey Carrington contributed two goals while Reilly Morgan had one. Mason Warner had two assists, and Grant Newton and Morgan each had one assist.
Goalkeeper Aidan Sweet earned the clean sheet in net.
The Dragons improved to an even 4-4 with the win. They have a tough matchup Thursday when they host the Harbor Creek Huskies at 6:30 p.m. at War Memorial Field.
