Warren, Eisenhower programs begin practice

Eisenhower and Warren High Schools were a hub of activity on Monday as boys and girls soccer, girls volleyball, band and cheerleading all had their first official practices of the 2026 fall season.

The Eisenhower football team completed their heat acclimation practices last week and had their first full contact practice of the summer yesterday as well.

The volleyball team will have their first scrimmage on the road as they travel to Girard on Aug. 25 at 5 p.m.

The boys soccer team will travel to Oil City on Aug. 24 for a 4 p.m. scrimmage against the Oilers. The girls soccer team will scrimmage Kane at home, also on Aug. 24 with a 4 p.m. start time.

The football team will scrimmage Maplewood this Saturday at 10 a.m. at home, their first home scrimmage in fifteen years.

The Eisenhower band continues to grow under director Mark Napolitan as they prepare for their show season.
