NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. — Many players made their mark on the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League last week, but of the countless remarkable plays and moments, the performances of five players earned them Player and Pitcher of the Week Awards for Week 6 of the 2026 season. These awards take into account all of the stats for the games from July 6-12.

WEST DIVISION

Camp Churchill (McMurry University) pitched a complete-game shutout for the Jamestown Tarp Skunks in a 9-0 victory over the Geneva Red Wings on Saturday en route to Pitcher of the Week honors. He allowed just three singles and two walks in the nine innings while striking out four. Only one base runner reached second base the entire game off Churchill and that only occurred due to an error. He also retired the side in order in five of those nine innings.

Elmira’s Caleb Delaney (Rowan College) recorded 14 hits in 21 at-bats last week, good for a .667 batting average on his way to Player of the Week honors as the Pioneers went 4-2. Delaney recorded hits in all six games and had four multi-hit games with seven RBIs, 10 runs scored and three stolen bases. He had two three-hit games last week against Newark and Niagara Falls and had a four-hit game on Friday against Olean. His best performance came on Thursday in a 23-0 win over Newark, when Delaney went 3 for 4 and drove in five runs.
