THE 3 on 3 Girls Volleyball Tournament is Saturday, June 6 at The Mac at Jamestown (N.Y.) High School.

What is it? The Gus Macker of Volleyball. A 3-on-3 tournament with three divisions.

Students can come from any schools and teammates do not all need to attend the same school.

Players can play up a grade level but not down, meaning an eighth-grader can play with friends who are in 9-10th but a ninth-grader can’t play down with friends in seventh and eighth.

The tournament will be a double-elimination format with divisions for 6th-8th grade, 9th-10th grade and 11th-12th grade, based on their current grade level. Tournament Dri-fit T-shirts will be available for all participants. Championship awards will be given to the winner of each division. The goal is to promote volleyball.
