The Warren girls softball team was defeated Thursday by the visiting Erie Royals 13-5.

The Dragons had a solid day offensively as they had six hits from Alexis Jones (2 for 4, two RBIs), Peyton Hagg (2 for 3, RBI), Alanna Warrior (1 for 4, two RBIs) and Bristol Holden (1 for 2).

On the mound for the Dragons was Olivia Romanosky, who pitched two-thirds of an inning, then Bristol Holden, went the final 6 â…” innings.

The Dragons have a day off, then are back at it Saturday as they host the Meadville Bulldogs at 11 a.m at Lady Dragons Field.
