EDINBORO — In between the snow, the cold and the rain, the Eisenhower track & field team got off to a good start this spring as both the boys and the girls teams finished ninth at the prestigious Lancer relays at the Lancer Relays at General McLane High School last week.

By virtue of their performances, five individuals and a relay qualified for the District 10 Championships. They are Ethan Beers (long jump, triple jump and high jump); Oliver Boozer (high jump and triple jump), Chase Myers (high jump); Alex VanGelder (discus); Rosalie Rondeau (triple jump and long jump); and the girls 4×400-meter relay, which is composed of Lainey Font, Rondeau, Riley Robinault and Laney Belcher.
