Swimmers had to meet qualifying times to compete.

The Warren Dolphins finished the weekend with a pair of state qualifiers.

Emma Peterson qualified in the Senior Division in the 500-yard freestyle with a new team record of 5:33.60, good for 11th place.

Hayden Myers qualified in three events in the Preps Division. Myers took fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a new team-record time of 1:19.34; sixth in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 27.88 seconds; and sixth in the 100-yard individual medley with a time of 1:11.79.

Peterson and Myers will compete at the Pennsylvania YMCA State Championship meet March 20-22 at the Peak Health Aquatic Center at Mylan Park in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Peterson also took eighth in the 1,650-yard freestyle with a new team-record time of 20:06.53, 35th in the 50-yard freestyle (27.23), 17th in the 200-yard freestyle (2:05.25), ninth in the 1,000-yard freestyle (11:51.25) and 31st in the 100-yard freestyle (58.19).

In the Juniors Division, Ellie Stanton was 47th in the 50-yard freestyle (28.55); Levi Peterson was third in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a new team-record time of 11:35.28, third in the 1,650-yard freestyle with a new team-record time of 19:49.16, 30th in the 50-yard freestyle (26.36), 21st in the 200-yard freestyle (2:04.88), 35th in the 100-yard freestyle (58.34) and 14th in the 500-yard freestyle (5:33.50); Trey Retterer was 17th in the 50-yard freestyle (25.15), 10th in the 200-yard backstroke (2:21.02), 29th in the 100-yard freestyle (57.17) and ninth in the 100-yard backstroke (1:03.41); and Wesley Richard was 26th in the 50-yard freestyle (25.75).

Also in the Juniors Division, the boys 400-yard freestyle relay team of Levi Peterson, Dimitar Godpodinov, Richard and Retterer was 10th in the a new team-record time of 3:57.02, the boys 200-yard freestyle team of the same four swimmers was 11th in 1:46.58 and the boys 200-yard medley relay team — the same four swimmers — was 10th in 3:57.02.

In the Preps Division, Claire Peterson was 37th in the 50-yard freestyle (30.11); Braxton Maynard was 35th in the 50-yard backstroke (38.59); Myers was eighth in the 200-yard freestyle (2:17.05), seventh in the 50-yard breaststroke (37.12) and 10th in the 200-yard individual medley (2:40.57); Noah Porier was 25th in the 50-yard breaststroke (41.82); Bennett Richard was 18th in the 50-yard freestyle (29.60); Isaac Stanton was fifth in the 500-yard freestyle with a team-record time of 6:20.85, 11th in the 200-yard freestyle (2:22.48), 27th in the 50-yard freestyle (30.07), 25th in the 100-yard freestyle (1:07.16) and 31st in the 50-yard backstroke (37.68); and Charlie Steber was 24th in the 50-yard freestyle (29.92).

Also in the Preps Division, the girls 200-yard freestyle relay team of Cheyenne Fox, Davina Goodwill, Grace Peterson and Claire Peterson was 18th in 2:12.16; the girls 200-yard medley relay team of the same four swimmers was 20th in 2:32.72; the boys 400-yard freestyle relay team of Stanton, Lucas Bosko, Steber and Myers was sixth in a team-record time of 4:30.26; the boys 200-yard freestyle relay team of Stanton, Bennett Richard, Bosko and Myers was ninth in 2:03.22; and the boys 200-yard medley relay team of Maynard, Porier, Myers and Stanton was ninth in 2:23.96.

Kalyan Gospodinov swam in the Cadets Division and finished 18th in the 50-yard freestyle (33.20) and 13th in the 50-yard breaststroke (44.57).
