Junior bowling
First-year bowler Reed Grubbs, a junior at Warren Area High School, bowled a career-high game of 138, then followed it with another career high of 180 at Valley Bowling Center on Friday.
Attie Corey, also a junior at Warren, rolled a career-high game of 219.
On Saturday, Eisenhower junior Abby Allen rolled a career-high game of 202 and series of 483. Kaylee Allen, a freshman at Warren, rolled a career-high series of 383. Casie Anderson, a seventh-grader at Tidioute Community Charter, rolled a career-high series of 378. Allyson Peate, an eighth-grader at Youngsville, had a career-high series of 425. Noah Fohrd, a seventh-grader at Sheffield, had a career-high game of 162 and series of 451.
During varsity action last week, Abby Allen led the girls with a 711, followed by Grace Schwab’s 674, Brooke Sherry’s 649 and Attie Corey’s 647.
