RUSSELL — Playing its second of three games this week, the Eisenhower girls basketball team bowed to Harbor Creek 85-65 on Wednesday night.

The Knights found themselves playing catch-up the entire game as the Huskies jumped out to a 18-15 lead after the first quarter. Harbor Creek’s Arianna Dunning was hot from the start as she scored 18 of her 31 points in the first half. Eisenhower’s Clara Steinberg added 15 to keep it close but the visitors widened their lead to 41-33 at halftime but Dunning helped the visitors extend their lead to 66-51 entering the final quarter.

Steinberg did her best to keep Eisenhower close, finishing with a game-high 33 points.

The Knights are on the road tonight at Iroqouis.
