The Warren YMCA Powerhouse Gymnastics Team recently hosted a home gymnastics meet with the Meadville YMCA Twisters.

First-place finishers included: Level 2 Junior Division, Kaylynn L., vault, 9.000; Level 2 Junior Division, Madelyn N., floor, 8.900; Level 3, Ryan B., vault, 9.500; balance beam, 8.900; Level 5, Audrey W., uneven bars, 6.750; Level 5, Elliette F., balance beam, 8.400, all-around, 29.900; Level 5, Madelyn S., vault, 9.000, floor, 6.800; Level 6, Ava M., floor, 9.150; Level 6, MiKaylee M., vault, 9.350, balance beam, 9.000, all-around, 34.850; Level 7, Harper C., floor, 9.200; Level 7, Meredith S., all-around, 36.100; Level 7, Ruth S., uneven bars, 8.900

Bowling leagues

Tom Traub’s 235-608 led the Silver Sliders League at Valley Bowling Center.

Jeff Trohoske rolled a 214-560, Linda Ross had a 154-437 and Melody Shaffer spun a 164-396.

In the Youngsville City League at Valley Bowling Center, Bryan Olsen led the way with a 225-642, Cole Cressley had a 220-614 and Jason Lyon cracked a 231-600.

Dale Johnson spilled a 216-587, followed by Rod Whited (201-580), Tommy Jukes (223-577), Brian Clark (196-572), Tydus Chase (233-567), Steven Rex (198-557), Karen Abplanalp (196-510) and Cheri Wolfgang (172-478).
