The Warren girls soccer team hosted Oil City at War Memorial Field on Monday and defeated the Oilers 7-0.
The Dragons were tough on offense, stout on defense, and possessed the ball for the vast majority of the game.
Dragon goals were from Meea Irwin, who scored four. Lani Wenzel contributed two, and Layna Irwin added one. The Irwins each contributed one assist, with Kaylee Cyphert and Maggie Bennett both added one as well.
The Dragons were able to utilize their depth to give every player a significant amount of time.
“It was a game where we were able to get everyone in early and get lots of minutes and experience for our subs,” head coach Mark Ordiway said.
