Logan Crissey, a Warren Area High School senior and first-year golfer on the high school team, recorded his first-ever hole-in-one Wednesday at Jackson Valley Golf Course. Crissey aced the 126-yard eighth hole, using his pitching wedge during an after-school junior varsity practice. The shot landed about 4 feet above the hole, spun back, and vanished. “When it disappeared, I dropped my club and we all started celebrating,” Crissey said. The shot was witnessed by teammates Colin Zdarko, Brady Chase and Wyatt Wilson.
