The Kinzua Queens recently participated in the Bemus Point 3v3 soccer tournament. Trailing 4-1 with five minutes left in the semifinals, the championship game looked out of reach. The girls utilized team work and perfect execution as Hanna Lund scored the tying goal with less than a minute left. Lund also knocked in the game-winner assisted by Josie Elms in overtime. The girls played lockdown defense as Keira Cressley scored both goals in the championship game (2-0) to secure the Queens’ third Bemus Point championship in four years.
