The 46th annual Terry F. Ristau Memorial Industrial Softball Tournament will be held Friday through Sunday, Aug. 15-17, at Betts Park.

The entry fee of $350 and rosters on company letterhead must be submitted no later than Aug. 8. Rosters can be emailed to lilymorse99@gmail.com, or mail them along with the $350 entry-fee check — payable to Warren County Softball — to 308 Market St., Warren, Pennsylvania, 16365.

Proceeds benefit local organizations.

Brackets include Men’s Industry, Coed Industry, and Coed Open.

Rules changes include co-ed divisions going from a 6-4 format to a 7-3 format (7 men, 3 women on the field).

Brackets will be determined at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, at the Elks Club. A representative of each team must be present.

The Tournament begins at 6 p.m. Friday, August 15. Teams will potentially be using Betts, Brown, and Foley field at Betts Park, as well as other locations.

To qualify for an Industry team, players must work for the team’s company or organization. The tournament director reserves the right to ban players and managers from participation in this tournament after any altercations or ejections.
