The winners turned a triple play in the first inning for Khloe Morse, who struck out five.

Golf leagues
LAKEWOOD, N.Y. — Tim Sandberg fired a gross 37 and Bill Kulinski recorded a 30 for low net to highlight action in the Youngsville Senior Golf League at Maplehurst Country Club.
Other gross scores were John Blum 38 and Jim California 39.
Other net scores were Dean Clough 32 and Dan Steffan 33.
Blum recorded two birdies, while Kulinski, Steffan and Bob Saunders each had one. Fred Carder sank the longest putt.

RUSSELL, Pa. — Dave Garey shot a 36 for low gross and Charlie Yeskey recorded a 22 for low net to highlight Week 2 of the Cable Hollow Senior Men’s League.
Garey and Art Stewart had the most pars with six apiece, and Garey was the individual points leader with 16. Doug Woods collected the most points for the week with 9.5.
