ERIE — Warren remains in third place in the Region 6 standings after a third-place finish on Monday at Erie Golf Course.

Meadville won the third of five regular-season region matches with a team score of 322. The Bulldogs remain in first place in the region ahead of McDowell, which was also second on Monday with a 334.

Warren senior Conner Zaffino led the Dragons with an 18-hole 80, two strokes off the medalists, Meadville’s Luke Ferry and Elliot Konetsky, who both shot 78s.

Warren finished with a team score of 355. Reid Olsen shot 87, Gavin Haibach 93 and Colin Ellis 95 for Warren, which will host the fourth Region 6 Mega Match today at Blueberry Hill Golf Club.

General McLane finished fourth on Monday with a team score of 365 and Erie High shot a 381.
