Golf leagues

WARREN — Rick Gignac (35 on front nine), Casey Moyer (33 on back nine), Mark Silvis (35 on senior front nine) and Tom Morelli (36 on senior back nine) paced Week 2 of the second half of the Tuesday Night League at Jackson Valley Golf Course.

Low net scores were Jonathan Pollow (33 on the front nine), Seth MacTavish (31 on back nine), John Weber and Ben O’Neill Sr. (32 apiece on senior front nine), and Bob Barney, Bill Manning and Craig Swanson (33 on senior back nine).

Moyer and David Osborne both had 8.5 points, and Craig Campbell, Silvis and MacTavish all had 8.0 for high individual points.

Following are the team standings: Dude, Where’s My Par, 53.5 points; Sons of the Legion, 51 points; KCS Energy 49 points; Mountain Laurel Credit Union 46 points; and Lewis Funeral Home 46 points.

RUSSELL — Townline Auto leads the Eastern Division with 197 points and Mike’s Townline leads the Western Division with 196 points after Week 9 of the Senior League at Cable Hollow Golf Course.

Jones Chevrolet is second in the Eastern Division with 185.5 points, followed by Schwab’s Copiers (184.5), Warren Tire (179.5), Maple Place Farms (169.5) and NAPA Auto Parts (163.5). In the Western Division, Litehouse Auto is second with 188.5 points, followed by Cable Hollow Golf (187), Huber Blacktop (164), CTI Physical Therapy (153) and Falconer/Frewsburg Crew (147.5).

Greg Grimm shot the low gross with a 38. Low net was tie between Jim Schwab and John DeAngelo with 32s. Schwab had the most points with 8.

Mark Kestler and Fred Carder lead the season points with 54.

RUSSELL — Amylynn Delgado’s 42 paced the Wednesday Ladies League at Cable Hollow Golf Course.

RUSSELL — Mt. Laurel FCU leads the Park Avenue Motor Car Men’s Senior League with 26.5 points.

Jones Chevrolet is second with 24.5 points, followed by United Refining (24), Jones Pest Control (23), Ed Shults of Warren (23), R&W Truck Service (22), NAPA Auto Parts (22), Sheffield Rod & Gun (22), American Legion (21), Ace Hardware (19), Morning Sun (18), Eagles (18), Frailey’s (18), Sheffield TImber (17), Park Avenue Motor Car (17), Midtown Motors (16), The Shockers (15.5) and Voty’s (13.5).

Dennis Stewart made an eagle, while Jerry Bancroft made a pair of birdies. Bancroft had the low gross with a 35 and Doug Swanson had a 36. Low net was a tie between Bob Buerkle and Bruce Swanson with 29s.
