If you want a doubleheader of sorts, you could do worse than two state playoff games in Warren on Tuesday.

The District 10 3A champion Warren girls soccer team (9-9) gets the unenviable task of taking on the 17-1 District 7 third-place team, Mars — at 5 p.m. at War Memorial Field. It’s the fifth straight year Warren is in the PIAA playoffs, and it was Mars that the Dragons played in their first-ever trip to states in 2019.

While overlapping a bit, Warren’s District 10 3A championship volleyball team (15-2) will host North Catholic (18-1) — the second seed out of District 7 — at 6 p.m. at Warren Area High School.

Start at War Memorial Field and then head to Warren Area High School for a double-dip.
