Warren’s boys soccer team is the first of four county teams set to play in District 10 playoffs.

The Dragons will meet North East in the District 10 2A first round at 11 a.m. Saturday at Erie Veterans Stadium. Warren (12-5-1) is the No. 9 seed, and North East (12-4-2) No. 8, in the loaded 12-team bracket.

WARREN GIRLS

The only two teams in their bracket, the Lady Dragons (8-9) will meet Meadville (5-13) for the D10 3A championship at a date and site to be determined. Warren defeated Meadville twice in regular-season Region 6 play by a combined 13-0.

EISENHOWER BOYS

Eisenhower’s boys and girls soccer teams both enter D10 1A fields beginning Monday.

Ike’s boys (7-10) will play Iroquois (8-8-1) in a six-team field at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Cathedral Prep’s Hagerty Family Events Center (HFEC). The Knights lost twice — 4-1 and 5-0 — to Iroquois in Region 4 play.

LADY KNIGHTS ALSO HFEC

The Lady Knights (7-10-1) precede the Eisenhower boys team, playing Mercyhurst Prep (10-8) at 5:30 p.m. Monday, also at HFEC — right before the Ike boys play. Eisenhower’s girls team also suffered two regular-season losses to its playoff opponent by 4-0 and 6-0 scores in Region 3 play.
