Iroquois broke open a tight game with two second-half goals to down Eisenhower 4-1 in a boys soccer game Wednesday.

The Braves scored first on a direct kick at the 15-minute mark when the referee called a foul on Knights’ goalie Case Seymour for going out after the ball. Logan Kuhn of Iroquois connected on his kick to the right corner of the net and the Braves went up 1-0.

Eisenhower tied the score at 1-1 when Bryce Wilkins connected on a direct kick from near midfield at the 7:39 mark.

Joel Noyes put Iroquois up 2-1 with a shot just over Seymour at the 4:41 mark, and that score would hold until halftime.

The Braves added two quick second-half quick goals to increase their lead to 4-1.
