CORRY — The Eisenhower Knights scrimmaged Corry and Reynolds.

The Knights begin their defense of their District 10 Region 2 championship from last season this Friday at home when they face the Cochranton Cardinals.

On Saturday, Sean Pascuzzi completed 8-of-11 passes for 117 yards and a touchdown while also rushing for 26 yards.

“Sean Pascuzzi was sharp for us at quarterback. I also think Chris Bunk looked very good as well,” Eisenhower head coach Jim Penley said. “I thought that Ryan Chambers looked good on both sides of the ball. Cameron Jakubczak performed well. Again we need to tighten some things up on both sides of the ball to get where we want to go, but this was a good start.”

Ryan Chambers had six tackles defensively.

“It was a good work day for us. Having replaced so many outstanding ball players, we knew there were things we would need to work on and today was a good day for that,” Penley said. “There were some things that we did really well that we were happy with, and there were some other things that we were very inconsistent on, and we need to be able to tighten those things up.”

Starting at $3.50/week.
