JAMESTOWN, N.Y. -- Austin McGraw hit the first batter he faced in Game 2 of the Babe Ruth 13-15 World Series on Saturday afternoon.

After that, he was virtually unhittable.

The right-hander from Eau Claire, Wisconsin tossed a four-hitter and struck out four in an efficient complete-game performance that sparked the Ohio Valley Regional champions to a 10-1 victory over Opp, Alabama at Diethrick Park.

Meanwhile, the A's provided McGraw with plenty of support, scoring a run in the first inning, three in the third, four in the fifth and two in the sixth to post a comfortable win in their tournament debut.

Cameron Buchman collected a pair of hits and two RBIs, Ethan Prell belted a three-run triple and Aiden Pankratz had two hits and two RBIs to highlight the offensive effort for the winners.

Porter Nelson smacked an RBI single in the first inning for Opp's lone run. Baylor Turman, one of four pitchers, took the loss.

McGraw and Nelson were the recipients of the Ron Tellefsen Most Outstanding Player for their respective teams.
