Trap leagues
The Warren County Trap League opened Wednesday night with cold, rainy and windy conditions.
Brokenstraw downed Sugar Grove 341-320, Tidioute topped Sheffield 336-317, Corry got by Kalbfus 322-315 and Pine Grove shot 339 in its bye week.
Perfect 50s were scored by Brokenstraw’s Jared Hanna and CJ Jones, and Pine Grove’s Jerry Martin.
Pine Grove’s Cindy Cable was High Lady with a 48. Tidioute’s Landon Anderson was High Jr. with a 49. Tidioute’s Owen Farrell and Kalbfus’ Owen Schott shared High Sub Jr. honors with 42s. Martin’s 50 earned him High Veteran honors. Tidioute’s Bob Nelson was High Sr. Veteran with a 49. Tidioute’s Jack Kostkas and Kalbfus’ Fred Callahan shared High Super Sr. Veteran honors with 48s.

Hole-in-one
Traden Gray made a hole-in-one at the 133-yard 11th hole on Men’s Day at Conewango Valley Country Club last Thursday. Gray accomplished the feat with a pitching wedge. Nick Giambrone witnessed the shot.

Jim Munksgard had a hole-in-one on No. 12 at Jackson Valley Golf Course. Munksgard made the 134-yard shot with his 8-iron. His first-ever ace in 46 years of golfing was witnessed by Marty Meneo, Randy Carlson and Kihm Carlson.
Youth soccer
Hunter Vanderhoof scored four goals to lead Kinzua U-10 Dougherty on Tuesday evening at the Warren State Hospital Field.
Zane Getner also scored his first goal of the season and Trae Cradduck finished the scoring with his second goal of the season, ending the game in a 6-3 win.
Defensively, Kinzua was led by Mya Tyndall, Cailee Williams and Cradduck, who started the game on the defensive side.
“These kids are improving every practice, every game and it’s been fun watching them develop,” Coach Jeff Dougherty said.
Kinzua Soccer Club has three U-10 coed teams coached by Dougherty, Teresa Abplanap and Colby Clark, along with several other age groups and coaches. Game times and locations can be found on the Southern Tier Travel Soccer Club website at www.sttsl.org. Home games are played at the Warren State Hospital grounds.
Golf leagues
Patty Wackers leads the Tuesday Night League at Jackson Valley Golf Course with 55 points.
A&B Heating is second with 53 points followed by Awesome 4-Some and Sons of the Legion, who are tied with 50.5 points. Car-Go Auto Parts is fifth with 50 points.
Mark Silvis led the league this week with 9.5 points followed by Rick Gignac (9), Joey Vile (9) and Jeff Uber (9).
Skete Williams led on the front nine with a 35 while Casey Moyer and Tyler Labesky shot 39s on the back nine. For the seniors, Mark Silvis led on the front nine with a 33 while Fred Franklin, Joe Saber and Rod Korbar led on the back nine with 40s.
Vile and Matt Johnson shared net honors on the front nine with 32s while Cale Albaugh had a net 35 on the back nine. Randy Mineweaser led the seniors with a net 35 on the front nine and Jay Loomis had a net 34 on the back nine.
