Warren’s track and field teams swept Titusville on Thursday to end the regular season.

“We had a really great season (with the) girls tying for the region championship and a bunch of District 10 qualifiers,” said Warren track coach Kevin Dustin. “We are looking forward to next Saturday.”

In the girls’ 91-59 win on Thursday, Laney Gatto won the 100 (13.16 seconds) and 200 (27.79), Alexia Bowers the 400 (1:04.84), Kirsten Johnson the 800 by less than a second (2:39.38), Shyann Rulander the 1600 (5:58.24), Marissa Gourley 100 hurdles (17.63), Katharine Smith the high jump (4-5) and javelin (87.5), and Sophie Olsen discus (98-6). All three Warren relays were victorious.

“Was a close one for the boys, but they stepped up big,” said Dustin of the Dragons’ 76-72 win.

Warren’s Ethan Best won the 400 (54.98) and 110 hurdles (16.22), Corban Reinard the 800 (2:13.63), Hugh Harrison 1600 (4:51.82), and the 4×800 relay team of Harrison, Reinard, Jack Seyler and Graham Carr won in 10:51.36.

“We added district qualifiers today with Alexia Bowers (400), Marissa Gourley (100 hurdles), Sophie Olson (discus), and Ethan Best (400),” said Dustin.
