LAKEWOOD, N.Y. -- The Lakewood YMCA Snowflake Pickleball Tournament was held recently and it included 107 players and eight divisions.
Following are the Saturday results:
¯ Men's 3.5 doubles, Fred Eckert and Arne Rungi, gold; Rick Carlson and Jim Kelly, silver; and Mark Espin and Keith Price, bronze.
¯ Women's Rec 2.5-3.0 doubles: Eileen LaPorte and Jill Lawson, gold; Kay Gould and Geraldine Lacney, silver; and Debra Kibbe and Elivia Carrill, bronze.
¯ Women's 3.5 doubles: Nancy Brown and Donna Zukas, gold; Doris Mo and Karen Betz, silver; and Kate White and Karen Hopkins, bronze.
¯ 3.5 Mixed Doubles: Rosalee Winderl and Benjamin Freedman, gold; Nancy Brown and Mike Keryeski, silver; and Mary Ann Mahajan and Ken Emanuel, bronze.
