Warren’s boys soccer team stayed unbeaten in Region 4 with a 3-0 shutout of Fort LeBoeuf on Wednesday at War Memorial Field.
JT Blum started the scoring at 23:49 of the first half on a rebound off the LeBoeuf keeper.
Warren (4-0, Region 4) led 1-0 into halftime.
Parks Ordiway found Blum 12:32 into the second half on a corner kick. Blum headed it in for his second goal. Ordiway finished the scoring with 7:06 left off a deep clear from Mark Lynds.
“Great win,” said Warren coach Denny Flatt. “Good intensity. We are starting to see a lot of things that we work on in practice come together.

“The last time we faced LeBoeuf was the District 10 playoffs on Oct. 23, 2019 (672 days), where they pulled out a last-minute upset. We hadn’t forgotten and neither had 10 players who were on the roster at that time,” said Flatt.
Will Nebinski was perfect in net with six quality saves on six shots. This was his second shutout of the season.
Jack Darling and Lynds dominated the midfield, controlling possession for most of the game and recording 23 combined steals, according to Flatt.
“Our back line of (Finn) Ordiway, (Ethan) Best, (Ricky) Madril and (Chase) Sitler stepped up and really played as a unit, shutting down almost all attacks and limiting any real threats,” said Warren assistant coach Chris Darling. “Roman Sheets and Corban Reinard played well, too, and we got some really quality minutes off the bench from Kohle Lyon.”
