CORRY — The Eisenhower girls soccer team turned in a stellar performance in its girls soccer game Thursday night.

Dominating the game for 74 minutes and backed by the eight-save performance by keeper Mackenzie Dunn, the Knights rolled to a 4-1 win over Corry.

Eisenhower opened the scoring 3 minutes, 42 seconds into the game when Elley Eastman found Cassie Smelko on the right side and Smelko was able to put the ball into the center of the net. Twenty-three minutes later, the combination connected again to complete the scoring in the first half.

After the break, the Knights still were in control and 3:40 into the second half Smelko fed Eastman again and the latter recorded another goal in the left corner of the net. Ellie Yeager completed the scoring with a goal with 13:45 remaining.

Skylar Riedal had the lone goal for the Beavers, who received 13 saves from goalie Olivia Jaworski.
