EDINBORO — Cathedral Prep clinched the Region 6 title after a first place finish at Culbertson Hills Golf Resort in Edinboro. Warren finished in fourth place with a score of 343 behind Cathedral Prep with 306, McDowell with 323 and Erie with 327.

Erie’s Kyle Westfall led the way shooting a 72 while Breckin Taylor of Cathedral Prep shot a 73 and Michael Mahoney of Meadville shot a 74 to round out the top three. Warren’s Braddock Damore cracked the top ten shooting an 80 for 10th place. All of the Dragons shot under 100, Owen Blum shot an 82 for 13th, Owen Becker had an 86 for 17th, Conner Zaffino got a 95 for 25th and Bryce Blair got a 97 for 28th.

After six of seven events Warren is in fifth place of the Region 6 standings with 22 points.
