The 42nd annual Terry F. Ristau Industrial Memorial Softball Tournament will be held Aug. 20-22 at Betts Park in Warren. Proceeds will benefit the United Fund of Warren County.

The four-bracket tournament — Men’s and Coed Industry, and Men’s and Coed Open — will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 20, using Betts, Brown, Foley, Whirley, Fireman fields and Legion Field in Russell.

The top three teams of each bracket will receive a trophy and charity prize money. To qualify for an Industrial team, one must work for the company playing. All rosters must be on a company letterhead with names and addresses. If all people on the roster do not work for the company, the team will be placed in the Open bracket. All rosters need to have names, phone numbers and places of employment. The tournament director reserves the right to ban players and managers from participation after any altercations or ejections.

The $250 entry fee and roster must be received no later than Aug. 13. No late teams will be accepted at the drawing.
