YOUNGSVILLE — Five players had three hits apiece, and Zane Alexander and Teagan Gray combined on a one-hitter as Eisenhower downed Youngsville, 17-2, in a five-inning baseball game Monday afternoon.

Gray, Jared Beers, Cole Chapman, Owen Trumbull and Zach Rohlin all had three hits; and Gray drove in four runs, Chapman plated three, and Beers and Kael Hunt drove in a pair for the winners.

Alexander worked two shutout innings before giving way to Gray, who fanned eight over his three innings of work. The Knights scored in every inning, including six in the top of the fifth.

The Eagles’ two runs came in the third frame.
