Leading the Valley Bowling scores was Jed Kepple with a 210-557.

Kellie Johnson hit a 168-183-183-534, Faith Johnson a 193-488, Margie Peters a 193-488 and Betty Darling a 170-466.

Collegiate golf

HERSHEY — The Clarion men’s golf team posted a fifth-place finish at Hershey Country Club East on Sunday with a final round of 312, shaving two strokes off of their round one score, finishing with a two day total of 626.

Warren native Nick Giambrone was the top finisher for the Golden Eagles on the second day, posting a second round score of 78. He finished the event with a two-day score of 154, which was tied for 12th overall in the field. Tanner Houser shot a 78 on day two, and finished tied for the 12th.

Mitch Faulkner carded a round of 81 on Saturday good enough for a tie at 22, while Willie Hoover finished tied with Faulkner with a 158. Ryan Robinson rounded things out for the Golden Eagles with an 80 on Saturday.
