Bob’s Garage defeated AR Beatty Diesel to take the Youngsville City League 2020-2021 league championship.

Junior high volleyball

Warren defeated Youngsville, 25-9, 25-8, 25-10.

Lindsay Madigan led Warren with 21 aces, seven assists and two kills while Alana Stuart had six kills and seven aces. Lily Walker chipped in three assists; Maddy Jones had five aces; Maddie Nosel had three kills; and Sophie Walker had two kills with two aces.

In jayvee action, Warren beat Youngsville, 25-23, 25-11.

Marissa Gourley led Warren with seven aces, Kayla Fultz had five aces and Delaney Wright had four aces.

Lilly Newton had three kills while Janey Ickert had three assists, two aces and two kills.
