Warren falls to Meadville, 45-6

Meadville tacked on a third touchdown with seven seconds to go in the first half and cruised to a 45-6 win at Warren Saturday at War Memorial Field.

The Dragons lost to Meadville twice last season, the second time in the playoffs, and fall to 1-3 this season with the 39-point loss.

The only good news is that Warren has played the toughest part of its schedule in losing by a combined 106-6 the past two weeks to Oil City and Meadville.

Meadville had three running backs rush for more than 150 yards each and had more than 500 yards of total offense to a little more than 200 for Warren (most of those with the game out of reach).

Meadville is 4-1 and 3-1 in region play (its only loss to 5-0 Oil City).
