The Warren County Youth Football League has recognized four players with awards for academic achievement this season. At the beginning of the year, coaches emphasized the importance of doing well in school and said there would be a prize for highest GPA at the end of the season. Third-grader Brody Connolly, pictured above with his coach Nick Bryan, was omitted from Saturday’s edition. The other players recognized were Colin Blair, Xander Russell and Broc Bryan.
