Eadie, Shattuck honored by PSAC
A pair of Warren Area High School graduates have been recognized as Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Scholar-Athletes.
Freshman Nathan Eadie of Russell (cross country) and sophomore Troy Shattuck of Warren (cross country and indoor/outdoor track and field) joined 258 other Slippery Rock University student-athletes honored for maintaining above a 3.25 cumulative GPA for the 2019-2020 academic year.
Eadie, the son of Kay and Randy Eadie, is a health care administration and management major. Meanwhile, Shattuck, the son of John and Mary Pat Shattuck, is majoring in exercise science.
A total of 166 females and 94 males represented The Rock on the list of 2019-20 PSAC Scholar-Athletes. The Rock ranked sixth out of the 18 PSAC member institutions in total number of PSAC Scholar-Athletes and was third among the members of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
