RUSSELL — Sharon Birtcil fired low gross of 44 while Carol Torrance took low net with a 23 during Ladies League play on July 28 at Blueberry Hill Golf Club.

Birtcil led the A Flight where the top net scores were matching 35s from Rose Colucci and Sue Shea.

In the B Flight, Jen Dilks and Terri Larson had gross 49s while Dilks, Larson and Susan Wilson had net 34s.

Jill Dart and Mackey led the C Flight with gross 49s and net 32s.

In the D Flight, Karen Sobkowski had a gross 48 while matching Cyndi Shield with matching 29s.

Sue Papalia’s 53 and 28 led the E Flight.

Torrance had a gross 56 in the F Flight.

LAKEWOOD, N.Y. — Tim Sandberg’s 35 led the Youngsville Senior Golf League at Maplehurst Country Club on Tuesday.

Marty Yucha had a net 31.

Sandberg made three birdies while Pete Hofert and Terry Jackson each made two. Single birdies were converted by Jack Abplanalp, Juan Torres and John Blum.
