Eagles run strong at home course

Youngsville’s Julia Bojaczko runs during Tuesday’s race with Seneca and Fort LeBoeuf at the Warren County Fairgrounds.

The Youngsville cross country teams hosted Seneca and Fort LeBoeuf at the Warren County Fairgrounds on Tuesday.

Phoneix Lindell led the boys with a seventh-place finish, while Julia Bojaczko was fourth for the girls.

“It was a good day for a race at the Warren County Fairgrounds,” said Youngsville coach Adam Green. “The course was in good shape with a few wet spots. Our kids ran well.”

Seneca Garrett Kuhn won the boys race and LeBoeuf’s Ivy Laffan won the girls race.
