Photo submitted to the Times Observer Eisenhower wrestler Cael Black recently competed for the Pennsylvania U16 National Team at a national competition in Spokane, Washington. The team took third in freestyle and sixth in Greco Roman. The Pennsylvania U16 National Team comprises 27 members, ages 14-16, from across the state. Black’s trip was funded through donations from local businesses, raffle ticket sales and additional funds raised by Black and his family.
