Youngsville softball falls to Cambridge Springs
CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS, Pa. – The Youngsville Lady Eagles battled the elements against Cambridge Springs on Thursday.
And despite a 15-0 setback, coach Scott Ishman continues to see improvement.
Kamryn Weissinger had two hits, including a double, while Erin Dunn and Cassie Dalrymple also had base hits.
“The girls played very well,” Ishman said.
“Defensively we were very solid and have shown a lot of improvement since the last time we played them.”
Youngsville was also at Saegertown on Wednesday, dropping a 10-0 decision. Weissinger and Dalrymple also had hits in that game.
