Weather forces more schedule changes

Another round of games was postponed due to the inclement weather early this week.

Six Warren County teams had games postponed or cancelled again Tuesday.

Eisenhower softball’s game at Northwestern has been moved to today, as has the Knights’ baseball game at Otto-Eldred. The softball team’s game at Sheffield, originally scheduled for Monday, has been tentatively pushed to Friday. All of those games are set for a 4 p.m. start.

Warren’s baseball team was set to travel to Corry Monday, that game was moved to Tuesday, then moved again to today. Wednesday’s scheduled game with Olean has been cancelled and will not be made up. The Dragons have also added a game at Meadville Friday. Those games are set to start at 4 p.m. with JV to follow.

Warren softball was set to take on General McLane in Edinboro Tuesday. Since the Lancers’ homefield is unlikely to be ready today, the Lady Dragons are tentatively scheduled to face the Lancers at 3:30 p.m. at McDowell for a varsity only contest. Warren is also scheduled to head to Corry Thursday.

Youngsville baseball’s game with Panama (N.Y.) Tuesday was cancelled. The Eagles are set to travel to Brockway today.

The Lady Eagles softball team was scheduled to host Maplewood Tuesday. Youngsville hosts Rocky Grove today.
