Both Warren’s girls and boys basketball teams now know the site and time of their District 10 quarterfinal games.

The boys, who notched a 54-42 win over Fort LeBoeuf on Friday, will play Grove City on Thursday at 6 p.m. at Oil City High School in Class 4A.

That game is the first of a doubleheader at OC, with Titusville taking on George Junior Republic at 7:30, or 20 minutes after the completion of the Warren-Grove City game.

The winner of those games will play each other in the semifinals on Tuesday, Feb. 26.

The other 4A quarterfinal games feature Hickory vs. Corry and General McLane vs. Harbor Creek.

For the Lady Dragons, they will play Meadville on Saturday at the Hagerty Events Center (also known as the Prep-Villa Events Center) at 2:30 p.m. in Class 5A, the second of four games at that venue.

Harbor Creek and Hickory will get the day going at 1 p.m. in another 5A quarterfinal, followed by Warren-HC, which will tip 20 minutes after the completion of the first game.

Following at PVEC are Iroquois vs. Saegertown in the 2A girls quarterfinals and Mercyhurst Prep vs. Northwestern in the 3A quarters.

The other 5A girls games are the first two games of four on Saturday at Farrell High School., with Grove City taking on General McLane at 1 p.m., followed by Slippery Rock/Corry.

The Tidioute boys, who picked up another regular season game today at General McLane (7:30 p.m.), play Commodore Perry in the Class 1A semifinals Tuesday, Feb. 26. That site and time will be released at a later date.
