Youngsville cross country bests Fort LeBoeuf

WATTSBURG, Pa. – Seneca held serve on its home track, sweeping a boys cross country tri-meet with Youngsville and Fort LeBoeuf Tuesday.

The Bobcats beat both the Eagles and Bison by identical 15-49 scores. Youngsville toppled Fort LeBoeuf 24-33.

Seneca’s Brock Smith was the individual winner with a time of 18:33. Mik Fehlman was the Eagles top finisher. His 21:00 was good for ninth overall. Ryen Sutton narrowly edged out Damon Reese (22:22 to 22:23) as the pair finished 12th and 13th. Both were just 10 seconds in front of Dominick Walton (22:42). Collin Clough (18th-23:33), Koben Smith (19th-23:49) and Bryan Yost (22nd-39:15) rounded out the Eagles runners.

On the girls side, Seneca defeated LeBoeuf 21-34. Youngsville did not have enough runners to record a team score.

The Bison’s Jenna Feltmeyer was the top finisher with a time of 22:11. Youngsville’s Julia Bojaczko finished 11th with a 26:02.
