Eastman’s 11:19 time was just good enough to put her in the top 10, and earned her the highest finish among Warren County representatives, boys and girls.

“Elley ran a great race, finished ahead of every girl in Warren County,” said Youngsville coach Adam Green. “She has a bright future only being a seventh grader.”

Her teammate, Lilly Clough, finished 61st with a time of 12:40.

“Lilly ran a great race also so has so much potential that she hasn’t found totally yet,” Green said.

Eisenhower’s Alex Hummel finished 39th out of 174 runners in the boys race.

Hummel’s 10:49 time was just good enough to earn a top-40 finish in the event and earn him top Warren County time. Teammates Austin Guiher (12:46) and Logan Fincher (12:54) finished 141st and 147th, respectively.
