Dear Editor,
So this has been bugging me for a couple of weeks now. First Penn DOT tells the commissioners that the roundabout is a done deal and nothing can change it.
Since when does a city take orders from someone other than who runs it?
Next we see they don’t even have the job bid out yet, so nothing will happen till 2023. So again I ask: if nothing has been done and they have no one to do the job and people of this town don’t want or need the change, then why can’t we take the lesser of two evils and pay Penn DOT what ever they have actually spent on this all ready rather than the millions it will end up costing us?
