Three strikes

Dear Editor,

This is a shout-out to the three letter writers who contributed to the Readers Speak column in the Saturday, Feb. 12 edition.

The titles of the respective articles were: “Going in Circles,” “Truth and Fiction” and No help for health care.”

Thank you for the clearly stated issues in regard to the three aforementioned topics! Amen and Amen!

The position taken on the proposed Roundabout by Maurice Cashman and Phil Gilbert was ill-advised and unpopular with the general public, citizens of Warren, from the very beginning.

The two of them were determined to have the decision go their way regardless of the many justifiable reasons put forth indicating that it was a bad decision for the intersection of Market Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. Shame on them!

We must reverse the decision for the proposed roundabout, now, for the good of the citizens of Warren.

Barbara L. Boger,

Warren
