No one is above law
Dear Editor,
So Gov. Tom Wolf’s ballot being submitted by his wife is “an honest mistake?”
May I claim speeding is an honest mistake, that should I decide to shoplift, it, too, is an honest mistake, to use someone else’s credit card is an honest mistake?
No, laws don’t work that way. I am held accountable for breaking the law.
The laws are either for everyone or for no one. Being a “leader of the people” should bring even more accountability for not following the laws of the land. No way should this be winked at, as though it’s OK.
Accountability, responsibility for actions is necessary for all, regardless of status, please!
