The Feb. 4 Times Obsever has a nice photo of U.S. Rep. Kathy Rapp speaking at a House Health Committee, which she chairs, meeting and hearing.
The little bit of the video that downloaded shows Ms. Rapp with her mask as in the photo. You'd think a person who chairs a health committee just about anywhere would know -- and properly follow --guidelines to help protect their and others' health.
